The only diet advice I ever give. A comes before B.

Most people have never heard of SAM (severe acute malnutrition) that occurs in non breast fed children or sub optimal breast fed children that causes a persistent microbiota immaturity leading to serious developmental and progressive health issues with development and immunity.

In my experience with eternal dieting to try to fix my extremely damaged gut/immune system no diet alone was the ‘cure’.

I will never forget when my immune system began to take off with Bravo Yogurt™ and other maf products, I guess like some I could have been categorized as a hyper-responder, not necessarily a non responder as I state in this audio file. It was determined that good fats like olive oil could help address that as well as being sure not to denature the proteins in colostrum by heating. Colostrum is the premiere probiotic, it can not be replicated for many reasons but it is the least denatured mammal milk product. It was also the inability to bio synthesize Vitamin D as shown in some autism papers. Oleic acid is necessary to synthesize Vitamin D/steroids/hormones properly for accelerated clearance. I was virtually poisoned with synthetic Vitamin D in extremely high doses (50,000 IU) prescribed by my doctor, D in high doses is toxic. That inability can be a  protective mechanism or it can reflect poor fatty acid composition, either way hormone synthesis requires oleic acid. Children with autism do not have this issue with Cod liver oil. All of that is covered in Immune For Life.

SIBO can and will cause severe malnutrition. SIBO has been and can be diagnosed in children and it has been for many, many decades, long before it was known as SIBO. There is research indicating it can also be the result of not breastfeeding. Eventually SIBO can progress to almost full bloating all day along with ‘kwashiorkor gut’.

Even with the amazing healing I had within 4-6 months it probably wasn’t until nearing the 14-18 month mark that I began to achieve real nutritional benefit through food, namely the ability to synthesize/create B vitamins via healthy microbiota and finally an end to chronic fatigue.

I share Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Berg even if there are very, very few out there who illustrate the combined problem of SAM, SIBO and treatment diet along with healthy eating patterns. Dr. Natasha McBride addresses the nutritious diet well. Dr. Marco Ruggiero is one who combines the two (natural oral immune therapy with keto) when a patient isn’t progressing as expected in some very severe autism cases. Dr. Jason Fung is not an anti milk proponent. This is the best combo I could come up with. It is not appropriate for SIBO (too much fiber) until much healing has already taken place by restoring microbiota as nature intended with natural oral immune therapy.

I meant to say, you can not eat six cups of fiber, not grains per day with SIBO but Dr. Berg does give that warning.

A vitamin deficiency syndrome in real life…

We ALL have the same labs, with SIBO or with SAM or any form of malnutrition so it might be helpful for you to see what just one of the most crucial vitamin deficiencies looks like and that is B12.

Most doctors don’t believe malnutrition syndromes exist anymore, especially when everyone is overweight but the effects can be just as severe with other forms of vitamin deficiencies, especially B vitamins.

Of course it doesn’t end there but deficiency occurs with almost all forms of B vitamins. Can include vitamin D, almost always A as they are co-factors and almost always C. One more good reason to choose fish oils over synthetic vitamins as some are also an excellent source of B vitamins.

Before SIBO was termed SIBO and other forms of testing became available the most common diagnostic tool in pediatric settings was to determine the ratio of two vitamins.

Serum levels of folate and vitamin B12 may be used to support evidence of bacterial overgrowth in pediatric settings.

Read more in about

Video regarding B12 folate ratios: Do not use synthetic forms of vitamin B12, including shots. Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic form of vitamin B12 that is not found in nature. Obtain natural B12 though meat, fish, yogurt, dairy, cheese and egg yolk. Milk contains the easiest to absorb bio available source of B12 – 2-8 oz. glasses per day RDA. Kefir will produce B vitamins and a second ferment will increase them substantially.

Dessicated liver may benefit some.

Some current antimicrobial drugs in use for SIBO, environmental illness, safe anti parasitics as well as H2S poisoning antidotes have a core B12 ring or are analogues of B12.

You should clearly understand the implications and SIBO connections related to this common vitamin malnutrition deficiency and its far reaching implications for health, including destroying myelin.

Whole fat mammal milk repairs myelin.

Immune For Life details how these vitamins are produced and what you can do to obtain them from the most natural sources while restoring your microbiome.

do some require this?

post infant/toddler diet alone is not the cure for SIBO or any other infant malformation of the microbiota…. SAM I am…

 11-29-21

If you work on both, natural oral immune therapy for at least 4-6 months and intermittent fasting of 20 hours per day to induce autophagy which will renew all cells and eliminate all cellular debris; it might be a kickstart but since he or many others seldom acknowledges the fundamental cause or hierarchy of risk conditions there aren’t many videos on the combined subject. Intermittent fasting is another form of diet chasing that ignores causation in the infant.

In my book I only recommend a healthy eating pattern or highly nutritious foods after the fundamental cause/s have been addressed because you can surely induce diabesity from a good initial state. I address the fundamental conditions and then give advice on how to maintain health through diet.

It is essential to put A before B in understanding the hierarchy of risk factors for chronic disease.

Your nutrition begins with a healthy gut to prevent SAM.

Intermittent fasting would not save a non breast fed starving child in Africa or you for that matter, regardless  of diet quality, you can’t give what you don’t have and this  initial microbiota formation requires whole fat mammal milk, colostrum and infant probiotic strains before HMAGM. Ideally; that start is from the mother.

Galactose is a healthy and necessary brain sugar. It is THE required brain sugar. It is also required for macrophage activation. It is also required for stable and long lasting immune response.

I’ve searched his videos there is no mention of galactose but plenty about the demonization of glucose. And ketones are not the ideal energy source, they are a back up source relied upon in the often days long search for food by your ancestors. Of course they produce heightened awareness and energy, and amazing speed cell turnover, if they didn’t find food soon, they’d starve so the body does what it does in that circumstance. Nobody with a brain would claim a near starvation diet is ideal, you don’t want to eliminate healthy cells via imposed starvation or induce a mirage (hallucinogenic state) for goodness sake but that is what some go for even by accident. I go for the food source that prevents all forms of malnutrition and that is whole fat mammal milk and so did your ancestors. It didn’t take them long to figure that one out, it’s how you got kefir and food preservation so that became an essential before the hunt or the gather or the bread.

Ironically funny but not unpredictable it’s taken the ‘universities’ 4000 years to figure out what one starving dumbass figured out in the desert.

And they still won’t apply it as nature intended. Where are they heading, toward another vaccine, like a bunch of stupid lemmings over the cliff.

I’m posting the link to the get started series but autophagy requires a 20 hour fast, he might mention it in this get started series but I missed some parts, pretty boring for me, I kept falling asleep; (it was only 7 parts but it appears now it is 10). The part I wanted to emphasize was elimination of dead cells, fungus, mold, toxins, ‘virus’ and really ‘virus’ are dead cells that don’t get digested or eliminated because there is no signal to produce interferon and activate specific macrophages to do it so I hope it is in here somewhere. He says see here in the lemon juice video and points but that took me no where so I tried to find the play list.

Do not eliminate natural oral immune therapy, colostrum, whole fat mammal milk, yogurt, kefir or probiotic capsules if you wish to add to the mammal milk food sources. None induce metabolic syndrome, in fact the opposite, they help prevent it. So whole fat milk products or fermented milk products can not be described as a ‘bad’ carb. If indeed there is such a thing aside from overwhelming a bodily system capacity (liver, pancreas etc.).

A dysfunctional autophagic system is what leads to IBD as well as injections damaging mucosa, other toxins or checkpoint blockade toxicity (mab drugs/cancer drugs/toxins etc). It is not DIET. It is true that some have so many up and down swings that they can’t regulate but again whole fat mammal milk helps maintain system stability. We also know that addressing fundamental cause/condition helps prevent diabetes Type I and you can read that here.

Just because it is a quick and easy to understand video and some foods are super foods, I’m including lemon water benefits. Just remember lemon water is an adjunct, not a a solution. You can not sip lemon water all day. Water is the only substance that will not interfere with the digestive process.

The majority of malnutrition studies focused on lack of quality or quantity. Since there were few populations that were formula fed en masse they were not suitable test subjects for addressing the underlying condition known as SAM.

This is akin to ignoring not just a subset test subject but the majority set test subject because eventually this became the majority population (ideal test subject). Post 1950. Yes, the majority of the world relies on infant formula today. Again, it is the only truly unique mass dietary change in history cross population.

So why would you chase another diet theory, and that is pretty much what everyone did and continues to do, aside from a few. SAM I am so until I addressed SAM with natural oral immune therapy ALL diet interventions were failures. I didn’t just suffer from eating one food group but eventually ALL food groups.

I could not gain benefit, I could only lose more of what I didn’t have…. a healthy properly formed microbiome and therefore a healthy, stable immune system and nutrition gleaned from food via my now healthy microbiota.

The only source that describes the entire history of over a century of diet failures and how the pioneers in natural oral immune therapy helped to address them. Don’t just get half of the story and think you will solve the underlying condition known as SAM.

For your entertainment I’m going to add Dr. Jason Fung, already posted on this page. The most studied mechanism of bioactive peptides is the anti-hypertensive action displayed by the inhibition of the angiotensin-I-converting enzyme (ACE), which regulates blood pressure. ACE inhibitory peptides have been isolated from a variety of fermented dairy products including cheese, fermented milks and yogurt.

The best known ACE-inhibitory biopeptides, have been identified in milk fermented by L. helveticus. Dairy starter cultures used in the manufacture of fermented dairy products (e.g., L. helveticus, L. delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, L. acidophilus, Lactococcus Lactis, or S. thermophilus) can generate bioactive peptides.

*Spike proteins via shedding via the bio weapon are a toxin that may require more diligence in understanding optimal autophagy. There is no evidence the dangers of the injections are on par with natural ACE expression, even with the worst lifestyle imaginable. You would surely be hospitalized with serious circulatory issues if so.

A quick overview of all three trending diets and eating plans. Again, you will not find any that address or assess SAM and diet or intermittent fasting concurrently. What eventual diet you choose will usually be based on one of these three types. The healthiest is probably breastfeeding + normal eating pattern and exercise as practiced by the majority of non malnourished populations in the early part of 1900’s who achieved all three, breastfeeding as norm, little or no processed food, still relying on preserved foods most of the time and at least 12-16 hour per day fasting with no snacks in between meals. In addition to the benefit of proper sanitation practices and adequate sleep (a necessity for removing toxins in the brain).

Keto diets do not promote all phases of autophagy – intermittent fasting is best.

Do not give kefir to infants – bifido is the primary colonizer of the infant gut.

WHO STATEMENTS: 2017 Millennium Goal

  1. Breastfeeding,
  2. food (security)
  3. and water security (sanitation)

are major protective factors against malnutrition and critical factors in the maturation of healthy gut microbiota, characterized by a transient bifidobacterial bloom before a global rise in anaerobes. Early depletion in gut Bifidobacterium longum, a typical maternal probiotic, known to inhibit pathogens, represents the first step in gut microbiota alteration associated with severe acute malnutrition (SAM). Later, the absence of the Healthy Mature Anaerobic Gut Microbiota (HMAGM) leads to deficient energy harvest, vitamin biosynthesis and immune protection, and is associated with diarrhea, malabsorption and systemic invasion by microbial pathogens. A therapeutic diet and infection treatment may be unable to restore bifidobacteria and HMAGM.

Researchers found that malnourished children’s microbiota failed to follow the healthy pattern they identified in healthy children. The microbiota of malnourished children is immature, lagging in development behind that of their healthy peers. Supplementing these children’s meals with widely used therapeutic foods that increase calories and nutrient density reduces deaths from malnutrition, but it does not fix their persistent microbiota immaturity.

“Perhaps more insidious than slowing growth is malnutrition’s effect on less visible aspects of health, including impaired brain development and dysfunctional immunity, which follow these children throughout their lives”.

SIBO

SIBO can cause severe malabsorption, serious malnutrition and immune deficiency syndromes in children (non breastfed) and adults.

Prognosis is usually serious, determined mostly by the underlying disease that led to SIBO.

Immunizations

The WHO recommends that immunization or treatment be orally administered due to economic, logistical and security reasons. Furthermore, this route offers important advantages over systemic administration, such as reducing side effects, as the molecules are administered locally and have the ability to stimulate the GALT immune responses  (Levine and Dougan, 1998Neutra and Kozlowski, 2006Bermúdez-Humarán et al., 2011).

Infections

For ANY infectious or parasitic disease to start, it is ALWAYS a requisite that the host suffer IMMUNODEFICIENCY. At the same time, infectious and parasitic diseases themselves cause additional IMMUNE SUPPRESSION and more MALNUTRITION. This immune suppression is SECONDARY to the accumulation of free radicals, especially oxidizing species, that occurs during and after infectious and parasitic diseases.

Current IBD Research 2016

Currently available treatments for IBD, which target the systemic immune system, induce immunosuppression, thereby exposing the patient to the risk of infections and malignancy. The interplay between the gut and the systemic immune system determines the final effect on target organs, including the bowel mucosa. Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) are associated with an altered systemic immune response leading to inflammation-mediated damage to the gut and other organs.

Most importantly, the immune modulatory agents used today for IBD do not achieve remission in many patients.

Not all IBD patients benefit from currently available drugs. Young people with IBD do not want to be on long-term drug therapy. Oral immune therapy, while not yet studied in large cohorts of patients, may provide an answer to this unmet need.

Tolerance

Tolerance is the ability of the immune system to ‘see’ and respond appropriately. Without galactose (a necessary sugar) the immune system can not 'see'. Your immune system would not be able to function without galactose Your body wouldn’t know which cells are “good” and what cells are “bad.” Your body wouldn’t know who the invaders were and which ones should be attacked by antibodies. As you will learn the importance of these ‘sugars’ in gut microbiota health is a rapidly expanding field of research, only recently discovered, including HMO's (human milk oligosaccharides).

Why galactose? Milk sugar aka lactose has been shown to be very beneficial for the human body though unlike sucrose, lactose is made up of glucose and galactose. There is no fructose in lactose. It is a healthy disaccharide sugar. Galactose is known as the “brain sugar” and supports brain development of babies and children. Galactose helps triggers long-term memory formation. Galactose has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and stop its spread, particularly to the liver. This beneficial sugar can also enhance wound healing, decrease inflammation, enhances cellular communication, and increases calcium absorption.
What does immune ‘tolerance’ mean in simple language?
Immune tolerance, or immunological tolerance, or immunotolerance, is a state of unresponsiveness of the immune system to substances or tissue that have the capacity to elicit an immune response in a given organism. The Th1 cytokine profile is vital for clearance of certain organisms and ancillary immune activity, and a limiting effect on this cytokine profile may result in reduced chances for overcoming infections especially intra-cellular organisms residing within macrophages. Effective clearance will depend on appropriate macrophage activation (which occurs through IFN≥ release by Th1 and NK cells) and production of nitric oxide. If this pathway is disrupted IFN≥ secretion is blocked, impairing macrophage activation. Persistent blockade of these inhibitory receptors has lead to the breakdown in immune self tolerance, thereby increasing susceptibility to autoimmune or auto-inflammatory side effects, including rash, colitis, hepatitis and endocrinopathies. Many drugs may cause checkpoint blockade toxicity including pharmaceutical drugs termed ‘immuno therapy’ by pharmaceutical companies, these include Mab drugs and cancer treatments. The Elderly

Mammal milk is required for enhanced phagocytosis as shown by research, especially in the elderly. Whole fat mammal milk can actually restore phagocytosis in senescent cells in the elderly. Phagocytosis, by which immune cells ‘eat’ bacteria or infected cells, is one of the mechanisms that help to resist infections. Lactic acid bacteria strains like acidophilus also increases phagocytosis.
