Best Selling MD Author Proposes Using Home Made Gut Repair Yogurt - Learn Why...

I have been spending more time on Pinterest as of late and a recent Pin caught my eye. It led to a plethora of new gut info coming up in YouTube, (yes, they work in tandem) and I am happy to say I finally found two videos with commentators that don’t require strict editing in order to prevent your head from spinning and one actually validates all that you have learned here (as I learned from ‘the greats’ in gut/immune therapy) and then some. Get this, William Davis, MD, the author of Wheat Belly is actually promoting a new homemade yogurt that restores the gut….as in infancy with infant probiotic strains in the trillions. And he is releasing a book in 2022 about it. Get it? That means he recognizes underlying causes and the failure of ‘diets’ to address it.

That is huge.

So you won’t want to miss this one.

First my mis-speaks….

I meant to say commercial production of bread products not wheat is an issue that I don’t have a problem giving credence to as are GMO’s, pesticides and other modern farming and production processes but you have to separate the chicken from the egg and there is no other way to do that until you address root causes of gut problems and then you can demonize food groups and production etc. but until then some countries do not have the widespread problems with wheat or bread as seen in the US despite massive bread consumption and similar production methods.

That is just part of the reason why my copy of Wheat Belly went in the trash along with many other ‘health’ books when I last cleaned my library,  I do not promote wrong assumptions once I know better. I kept a few and they are mostly about nutrition. It makes my health advocate communication job that much harder; which is to get people to recognize they have to go back much farther to see the bigger picture at play here; at it’s genesis so they can understand it took decades upon decades not only to unravel but to recognize the significance and generational impact.

I hear he is caring doctor and great person but after my gut healed and no food caused issues any longer, all those people giving up gluten, followed by other food group elimination which is bound to happen was unfortunate. The gut and the diet may go together in a seemingly natural way but diet is not the root cause of poor gut health.

It is not then so far fetched to understand how entrenched infection theory is and the stakes invested in genetic theory as well. I’ve had people turn around and walk away from me by saying chances are pretty good their autoimmune condition is not genetic; which you would think would be good news but it was not well received. Generational can have different origins. It is not just diet or malnutrition theory but foundational understanding and where we go from here that is key. Instead of making ‘vaccines’ mandatory how about strongly discouraging formula feeding for example, that would go a long way to prevent pathogenic invasion and generational DNA destruction.

So all in all I was pretty astounded that he covered all the bases and that is the type of mainstream consensus (along with WHO) that I never thought I would live to see.

He does mention water woes but I don’t remember if he mentions the problems with bio sludge (sewage as fertilizer) or aside from abx pollution, drug pollution in general, huge problem.

He did not hit the mark on a few things (HMO’s are in some baby formulas) and his numbers were lowball about breast feeding (he was most likely relying on self reporting) but that is less than 3% of the entire talk so I’m not going to look a gift horse in the mouth, overall it was great news.

Not breastfeeding for generations is truly the only unique worldwide practice that has had major detrimental impact on health and it is covered quite well in the last video by a well known voice in our culture.

About time.

Video two about injected prone to AIDS.

Dr. José Luis Sevillano / Ricardo Delgado / Orwell City

Dr. Sevillano: Exactly. It simply destroys your body. In fact, the definition of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome… In the early days, there was a big problem in defining exactly what it was. Because…, especially in Africa. Because, my friends, hunger produces AIDS. Hunger produces it. That’s why so many cases multiplied in Africa. Damn! People starve to death. They’re all acquired immune deficiency syndromes. Because of that, there was a very serious problem in defining what AIDS was in Africa. It’s just that it’s all been twisted for a long time.

Obviously, when it (the vax) touches your immune system and fucks you alive, literally… When it screws you up, makes you lose weight, makes you sick until you get cancer or something else by dint of vaccination, you’ll develop an Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.

Bowels Gone Wild: Microbiome Strategies For Age-Reversal…

We are graduating from the age of probiotics and prebiotics to a time in which we are able to adopt exciting new strategies that give us enormous control over the aging process. I will talk about the power of cultivating the bacterial species, Lactobacillus reuteri, to take advantage of its ability to smooth skin and reduce wrinkles, accelerate healing, preserve bone density, restore youthful muscle and strength, increase libido, and enhance empathy. I will discuss how bowel flora has gone haywire in many people, populating parts of the gastrointestinal tract where they don’t belong and contributing to the aging process and underlying many health conditions. I will then discuss how to assess this situation, then correct it, with potential to restore and maintain many aspects of youthfulness and health……

Finally a current gut video that tells the truth….. remember to keep in mind (remember chicken and egg, the chicken came first):

I was pretty impressed with the many topics covered and confirmed from better sleep to better health, to better mood, to healing in general, all of which I have mentioned many times in videos and my book, this info will never become obsolete.

Breastfeeding, food and water security are major protective factors against malnutrition and critical factors in the maturation of healthy gut microbiota, characterized by a transient bifidobacterial bloom before a global rise in anaerobes. Early depletion in gut Bifidobacterium longum, a typical maternal probiotic, known to inhibit pathogens, represents the first step in gut microbiota alteration associated with severe acute malnutrition (SAM). Later, the absence of the Healthy Mature Anaerobic Gut Microbiota (HMAGM) leads to deficient energy harvest, vitamin biosynthesis and immune protection, and is associated with diarrhea, malabsorption and systemic invasion by microbial pathogens. A therapeutic diet and infection treatment may be unable to restore bifidobacteria and HMAGM. Besides re-feeding and antibiotics, future trials including non-toxic missing microbes and nutrients necessary to restore bifidobacteria and HMAGM, including prebiotics and antioxidants, are warranted in children with severe or refractory disease.

He isn’t quite correct there isn’t much evidence, goes with the territory, money pitch, a given final paragraph in all research. Prior to 2017 WHO wasn’t prone to making decrees such as the one announced with their Millennium Goal so consensus and research certainly did reach a turning point. It also led to the addition of HMO’s to formula and restrictions on formula use in hospitals so those kind of sweeping changes do not occur without sufficient evidence (unless the lawyers were brought in).

When it comes to anti-aging benefit, sufficient infant care and proper weaning are known to protect DNA at least until age 62. It is the single best practice that has substantial impact on future health.

I don’t think he mentions his preferred prebiotic which was interesting…. I haven’t had time to check out his site but I will and if he mentions it there I will edit this.

I will be insisting my family watch this and I suggest you do as well, it will go a long way toward telling not just my health story but that of millions upon millions of others and maybe then we can all finally get on the same page and do something about it…. ignorance is no longer a feasible option and it doesn’t matter who does it, as long as it gets done for the benefit of children.

Sadly, I have yet to find any treatments that offer a glimpse of hope for those suffering from current injection bio weapon damage, of course try everything as recommended here, it won’t harm and I always have hope in the wonders of natural science but be prepared to swallow that bitter pill.

Alternavita: All you need to know (critical info in a nutshell)..... by focusing exclusively on these foundational health and immune development issues up to 90% of chronic conditions can be eliminated.

WHO STATEMENTS: 2017 Millennium Goal

  1. Breastfeeding,
  2. food (security)
  3. and water security (sanitation)

Researchers found that malnourished children’s microbiota failed to follow the healthy pattern they identified in healthy children. The microbiota of malnourished children is immature, lagging in development behind that of their healthy peers. Supplementing these children’s meals with widely used therapeutic foods that increase calories and nutrient density reduces deaths from malnutrition, but it does not fix their persistent microbiota immaturity.

“Perhaps more insidious than slowing growth is malnutrition’s effect on less visible aspects of health, including impaired brain development and dysfunctional immunity, which follow these children throughout their lives”.

The Father of The Microbiome

Dr. Jeffrey Gordon

SIBO

SIBO can cause severe malabsorption, serious malnutrition and immune deficiency syndromes in children (non breastfed) and adults.

Prognosis is usually serious, determined mostly by the underlying disease that led to SIBO.

Immunizations

The WHO recommends that immunization or treatment be orally administered due to economic, logistical and security reasons. Furthermore, this route offers important advantages over systemic administration, such as reducing side effects, as the molecules are administered locally and have the ability to stimulate the GALT immune responses  (Levine and Dougan, 1998Neutra and Kozlowski, 2006Bermúdez-Humarán et al., 2011).

Infections

For ANY infectious or parasitic disease to start, it is ALWAYS a requisite that the host suffer IMMUNODEFICIENCY. At the same time, infectious and parasitic diseases themselves cause additional IMMUNE SUPPRESSION and more MALNUTRITION. This immune suppression is SECONDARY to the accumulation of free radicals, especially oxidizing species, that occurs during and after infectious and parasitic diseases.

Current IBD Research 2016

Currently available treatments for IBD, which target the systemic immune system, induce immunosuppression, thereby exposing the patient to the risk of infections and malignancy. The interplay between the gut and the systemic immune system determines the final effect on target organs, including the bowel mucosa. Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) are associated with an altered systemic immune response leading to inflammation-mediated damage to the gut and other organs.

Most importantly, the immune modulatory agents used today for IBD do not achieve remission in many patients.

Not all IBD patients benefit from currently available drugs. Young people with IBD do not want to be on long-term drug therapy. Oral immune therapy, while not yet studied in large cohorts of patients, may provide an answer to this unmet need.

Tolerance

Tolerance is the ability of the immune system to ‘see’ and respond appropriately. Without galactose (a necessary sugar) the immune system can not 'see'. Your immune system would not be able to function without galactose. Your body wouldn’t know which cells are “good” and what cells are “bad.” Your body wouldn’t know who the invaders were and which ones should be attacked by antibodies. As you will learn the importance of these ‘sugars’ in gut microbiota health is a rapidly expanding field of research, only recently discovered, including HMO's (human milk oligosaccharides).

Why galactose? Milk sugar aka lactose has been shown to be very beneficial for the human body though unlike sucrose, lactose is made up of glucose and galactose. There is no fructose in lactose. It is a healthy disaccharide sugar. Galactose is known as the “brain sugar” and supports brain development of babies and children. Galactose helps triggers long-term memory formation. Galactose has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and stop its spread, particularly to the liver. This beneficial sugar can also enhance wound healing, decrease inflammation, enhances cellular communication, and increases calcium absorption.
What does immune ‘tolerance’ mean in simple language?
Immune tolerance, or immunological tolerance, or immunotolerance, is a state of unresponsiveness of the immune system to substances or tissue that have the capacity to elicit an immune response in a given organism. The Th1 cytokine profile is vital for clearance of certain organisms and ancillary immune activity, and a limiting effect on this cytokine profile may result in reduced chances for overcoming infections especially intra-cellular organisms residing within macrophages. Effective clearance will depend on appropriate macrophage activation (which occurs through IFN≥ release by Th1 and NK cells) and production of nitric oxide. If this pathway is disrupted IFN≥ secretion is blocked, impairing macrophage activation. Persistent blockade of these inhibitory receptors has lead to the breakdown in immune self tolerance, thereby increasing susceptibility to autoimmune or auto-inflammatory side effects, including rash, colitis, hepatitis and endocrinopathies. Many drugs may cause checkpoint blockade toxicity including pharmaceutical drugs termed ‘immuno therapy’ by pharmaceutical companies, these include Mab drugs and cancer treatments. The Elderly

Mammal milk is required for enhanced phagocytosis as shown by research, especially in the elderly. Whole fat mammal milk can actually restore phagocytosis in senescent cells in the elderly. Phagocytosis, by which immune cells ‘eat’ bacteria or infected cells, is one of the mechanisms that help to resist infections. Lactic acid bacteria strains like acidophilus also increases phagocytosis.
