A Merry Christmas and the introduction of two important topics as covered in Immune For Life, nutrition and macrophage activation with videos to help understand each.

First kefir the superfood. Kefir helps produce some of the most important vitamins on the spectrum, B vitamins as well as containing nearly all others in adequate amounts. B12 is an antidote for H2S intoxication, a gas resulting from breakdown of certain substances. Milk, colostrum, kefir, bifido, friendly yeasts and other probiotics are extremely important for enhanced phagocytosis and macrophage activation including autophagy. Colostrum helps create natural interferon which is the chemical mechanism enabling the clearance of intracellular debris. When this process is blocked (steroids, immune suppressors or intoxicants, chemo, mab drugs (too many to list) auto inflammatory or hyper inflammatory responses can happen. Colostrum also helps prevent endotoxemia.

Endotoxemia is a critical component in the development of hemolytic uremic syndrome in a mouse model that closely mimics the condition in humans. Since this condition is caused by the ingestion of E. coli strains that express both a toxin (Shiga-like toxin 2) and LPS, oral administration of  colostrum will treat and ameliorate the disease. Bovine colostrum ameliorates diarrhea in infection with diarrheogenic E. coli, Shiga toxin-producing E. coli and E. coli expressing intimin and hemolysin it supports wound healing and also the regeneration of damaged intestinal mucosa.

*Traveler’s diarrhea usually caused by Escherichia coli…… especially GMO e coli.

Mucosa-associated adherent, invasive Escherichia coli (E. coli), which are pro-inflammatory and resistant to killing by mucosal macrophages, may be associated with the pathogenesis of CD (Crohn’s Disease).

During malnutrition, endotoxemia impairs immune cell function leading to recurrent infections and accelerates the development of AIDS.

*Bovine colostrum is naturally a polyclonal antibody product. Antibodies against endotoxins are also contained in the natural spectrum of antibodies from bovine colostrum.

Don’t bother with dangerous mab drugs when colostrum is safe and well tolerated in most.

If you care, you’ll share. Avoid the medical mill.

Age healthy in the absence of chronic and acute disease.

You could be helping save someone from the detrimental effects of the death injection as not only do these functional foods help prevent malnutrition and chronic disease they also help produce glutathione in all tissues, extremely important for detoxing from these harmful substances.

There is zero risk of flu or SARS with a healthy microbiome.

I will take it one step further, there is zero risk of CV19 without an intoxicant, injection or other substance targeting systemic immune causing checkpoint blockade toxicity and damaging mucosa causing an auto inflammatory or hyper inflammatory response as can be found via WHO and Israel research 2016 (shown below).

Next the topic of autophagy which is crucial for prevention of hyper or auto inflammatory episodes. Autophagy is part of macrophage activation of intracellular material. The word I was looking for is stem cell creation and then migration. At any rate these are two very important processes for repair and renewal and you will quickly learn why in the video.

Pay attention to Japanese development people and read about section in menu.

After decades upon decades of research, it was easier just to determine the intoxicant or route/target of the intoxicant rather than the ‘infectious agent’. So as I say in the absence of a naturally occurring phenomenon (reduced macrophage activation) or organic rise/cause A, B, C: it is critical to determine the intoxicant.
This is why you don’t put Grandma on 20 drugs per day in the nursing home and why you don’t inject infants and children with an injection schedule guaranteed to harm them for life. Especially THE ONES THAT DIDN’T GET BREASTFED OR GOT SUB-OPTIMAL BREASTFEEDING.

I’ve studied bio weapon development too  and the Japanese were leaders in that just as much as they are leaders in healthy gut/immune research.

Before WWII the Japanese knew that just by increasing blood toxicity they didn’t need any specific ‘organism’ to kill someone in order to create a bio weapon. Before WWII….eventually most just gave up weaponizing ‘organisms’ because they were no match for a healthy immune system and they still aren’t.

Graphene Oxide

Graphene oxide is covered in brief.  Graphene oxide causes necrosis. I am sure this helps explain the amputations and black fingers, toes and other extremities regarding the death injection, it is not just a lack of blood flow but an extreme toxicity event. I am sure there are people investigating this pollutant in air, water, food, medicine, other injections and via industrial and commercial applications. Colostrum as the only denatured whey product also helps produce glutathione in all tissues, the master detox molecule; an absolute requirement for graphene excretion. Glutathione production drops substantially as you age.

I will be updating this topic asap.

Autophagy and phagocytosis don’t necessarily require starvation. Starvation would have to trip a chemical trigger otherwise things would go quite awry, luckily for you that ancient mechanism has already been demonstrated for your survival.
You don’t have to starve to induce phagocytosis or autophagy, both are forms of macrophage activation via the greatest macrophage activation processes ever discovered via gc protein and maf products, through the process of fermentation. It actually has a name in cancer research, Probiotic Fermentation Technology.
Harmless, affordable and extremely beneficial for preventing chronic disease, the condition known as SAM, optimal detoxification and ultimate immune protection. This is what gcmaf and natural oral immune therapy is all about.

Commentary:

Plenty of organisms and energy sources (lactose) to activate macrophages including autophagy and phagocytosis I meant to say in the video are readily available in kefir and milk. A simple probiotic capsule will not do this, it requires whole fat mammal milk and gc globulin or vitamin D binding protein as found in bovine colostrum and productions of which can be severely reduced in liver damage. Another result of toxicity. The other requirement is lactose as their preferred energy source. (Other sugars will achieve gc to maf but they are not readily available to most). It is not a matter of the right combination of strains, many strains in the same family and many friendly yeasts are capable of creating beta gal and other bio active peptides as shown in this video. This is an extreme viewpoint looking for an ideal (and another trillion dollars in funding). The very basics can achieve this goal and you can find which ones here and they are at minimal cost to everyone. If you want to babysit grains you can have the best kefir on earth. If you don’t the goal is still achievable by ANYONE. You don’t even need probiotic capsules but they do help add strains you may be missing as long as they have their energy source (lactose) and healthy whole fats and fatty acids. Learn the important info below on how the infant gut is formed before transitioning to  healthy mature microbiota and learn how to protect if for life by avoiding injections and other treatments that target systemic immune. Avoiding intoxicants or overwhelming system (organ) capacity is essential knowledge.

Every culture on earth achieved the ideal with breastfeeding, all forms of mammal milk and locally available foods.

I will not abide anyone saying any culture on earth lacked the right start, what they lack is knowledge of how to get the right start and maintain it for life.

It also doesn’t help when you have interested parties, the medical system, big pharma, assorted diet gurus, supplement makers and others blocking or subverting this information for their own profiteering. They stand to lose trillions of dollars but one only has to look at the poorest countries on earth in comparison to you during this ‘scamdemic’ to understand the lifelong and optimal protection this offers.
You are dying, they are not because they can’t afford your convenience, indulgence or malfeasance.

Autophagy, phagocytosis, apoptosis, and necrosis Autophagy and phagocytosis are evolutionarily ancient processes functioning in capture and digestion of material found in the cellular interior and exterior, respectively. In their most primordial form, both processes are involved in cellular metabolism and feeding, supplying cells with externally obtained particulate nutrients or using portions of cell’s own cytoplasm to generate essential nutrients and energy at times of starvation. Although autophagy and phagocytosis are treated as completely separate biological phenomena, they are similar and can viewed as different manifestations of a spectrum of related processes. Autophagy is the process of sequestering portions of cellular interior (cytosol and intracellular organelles) into a membranous organelle (autophagosome), whereas phagocystosis is its topological equivalent engaged in sequestering cellular exterior.

The other two types mammalian cell death are apoptosis and necrosis. A particular mode of cell death may predominate, depending of the injury and the type of cell in apoptosis, autophagy and necrosis. Necrosis is uncontrolled cell death. *Infant formula causes necrosis. Lactose does not cause necrosis in premature infants.

Why apoptosis is good

Because without apoptosis, 2 tons of bone marrow and lymph nodes and a 16-km intestine would probably accumulate in a human by the age of 8o.

A dysfunctional autophagic mechanism leads to chronic intestinal inflammation in IBD
The maintenance of gut mucosal equilibrium requires a balance between enterocyte loss by apoptosis and the generation of new cells by proliferation from stem cell precursors at the base of the intestinal crypts. Macrophages functions change during infection and inflammation. The intestinal macrophage pool requires continual renewal from circulating blood monocytes, unlike most other tissue macrophages, which derive from primitive precursors that subsequently self-renew.

WHO STATEMENTS: 2017 Millennium Goal

  1. Breastfeeding,
  2. food (security)
  3. and water security (sanitation)

are major protective factors against malnutrition and critical factors in the maturation of healthy gut microbiota, characterized by a transient bifidobacterial bloom before a global rise in anaerobes. Early depletion in gut Bifidobacterium longum, a typical maternal probiotic, known to inhibit pathogens, represents the first step in gut microbiota alteration associated with severe acute malnutrition (SAM). Later, the absence of the Healthy Mature Anaerobic Gut Microbiota (HMAGM) leads to deficient energy harvest, vitamin biosynthesis and immune protection, and is associated with diarrhea, malabsorption and systemic invasion by microbial pathogens. A therapeutic diet and infection treatment may be unable to restore bifidobacteria and HMAGM.

Researchers found that malnourished children’s microbiota failed to follow the healthy pattern they identified in healthy children. The microbiota of malnourished children is immature, lagging in development behind that of their healthy peers. Supplementing these children’s meals with widely used therapeutic foods that increase calories and nutrient density reduces deaths from malnutrition, but it does not fix their persistent microbiota immaturity.

“Perhaps more insidious than slowing growth is malnutrition’s effect on less visible aspects of health, including impaired brain development and dysfunctional immunity, which follow these children throughout their lives”.

SIBO

SIBO can cause severe malabsorption, serious malnutrition and immune deficiency syndromes in children (non breastfed) and adults.

Prognosis is usually serious, determined mostly by the underlying disease that led to SIBO.

Immunizations

The WHO recommends that immunization or treatment be orally administered due to economic, logistical and security reasons. Furthermore, this route offers important advantages over systemic administration, such as reducing side effects, as the molecules are administered locally and have the ability to stimulate the GALT immune responses  (Levine and Dougan, 1998Neutra and Kozlowski, 2006Bermúdez-Humarán et al., 2011).

Infections

For ANY infectious or parasitic disease to start, it is ALWAYS a requisite that the host suffer IMMUNODEFICIENCY. At the same time, infectious and parasitic diseases themselves cause additional IMMUNE SUPPRESSION and more MALNUTRITION. This immune suppression is SECONDARY to the accumulation of free radicals, especially oxidizing species, that occurs during and after infectious and parasitic diseases.

Current IBD Research 2016

Currently available treatments for IBD, which target the systemic immune system, induce immunosuppression, thereby exposing the patient to the risk of infections and malignancy. The interplay between the gut and the systemic immune system determines the final effect on target organs, including the bowel mucosa. Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) are associated with an altered systemic immune response leading to inflammation-mediated damage to the gut and other organs.

Most importantly, the immune modulatory agents used today for IBD do not achieve remission in many patients.

Not all IBD patients benefit from currently available drugs. Young people with IBD do not want to be on long-term drug therapy. Oral immune therapy, while not yet studied in large cohorts of patients, may provide an answer to this unmet need.

Tolerance

Tolerance is the ability of the immune system to ‘see’ and respond appropriately. Without galactose (a necessary sugar) the immune system can not 'see'. Your immune system would not be able to function without galactose Your body wouldn’t know which cells are “good” and what cells are “bad.” Your body wouldn’t know who the invaders were and which ones should be attacked by antibodies. As you will learn the importance of these ‘sugars’ in gut microbiota health is a rapidly expanding field of research, only recently discovered, including HMO's (human milk oligosaccharides).

Why galactose? Milk sugar aka lactose has been shown to be very beneficial for the human body though unlike sucrose, lactose is made up of glucose and galactose. There is no fructose in lactose. It is a healthy disaccharide sugar. Galactose is known as the “brain sugar” and supports brain development of babies and children. Galactose helps triggers long-term memory formation. Galactose has been shown to inhibit tumor growth and stop its spread, particularly to the liver. This beneficial sugar can also enhance wound healing, decrease inflammation, enhances cellular communication, and increases calcium absorption.
What does immune ‘tolerance’ mean in simple language?
Immune tolerance, or immunological tolerance, or immunotolerance, is a state of unresponsiveness of the immune system to substances or tissue that have the capacity to elicit an immune response in a given organism. The Th1 cytokine profile is vital for clearance of certain organisms and ancillary immune activity, and a limiting effect on this cytokine profile may result in reduced chances for overcoming infections especially intra-cellular organisms residing within macrophages. Effective clearance will depend on appropriate macrophage activation (which occurs through IFN≥ release by Th1 and NK cells) and production of nitric oxide. If this pathway is disrupted IFN≥ secretion is blocked, impairing macrophage activation. Persistent blockade of these inhibitory receptors has lead to the breakdown in immune self tolerance, thereby increasing susceptibility to autoimmune or auto-inflammatory side effects, including rash, colitis, hepatitis and endocrinopathies. Many drugs may cause checkpoint blockade toxicity including pharmaceutical drugs termed ‘immuno therapy’ by pharmaceutical companies, these include Mab drugs and cancer treatments. The Elderly

Mammal milk is required for enhanced phagocytosis as shown by research, especially in the elderly. Whole fat mammal milk can actually restore phagocytosis in senescent cells in the elderly. Phagocytosis, by which immune cells ‘eat’ bacteria or infected cells, is one of the mechanisms that help to resist infections. Lactic acid bacteria strains like acidophilus also increases phagocytosis.
