How To Get An Abundant Source Of Natural B Vitamins!

Manmade vitamins are harmful, finally a way to get natural B Vitamins made by fermentation in a non fortified food!

Nutritional yeast comes in flakes, granules or a powder-like form and is often found as a condiment. It is yellow in color. It has a nutty, cheesy flavor and is often used to emulate cheese, thicken sauces and dressings, and act as an additional boost in nutrients because it’s filled with B vitamins!

Nutritional yeast, also known as savory yeast is an inactive yeast made from sugarcane and beet molasses. In the scientific form saccharomyces cerevisiae, or sugar-eating fungus, yeast cells use the sugar for energy.

Most nutritional yeast products on the market are fortified with excessive amounts of synthetic vitamins

Though most nutritional yeast products on the market are fortified with excessive amounts of synthetic vitamins to increase the nutritional count synthetic, man-made vitamins are not only unnecessary, but  they can be harmful and toxic to our bodies, causing nutrient imbalances and forcing our kidneys and liver to work overtime while our bodies struggle to absorb them.

  • FEEL YOUR BEST WITH B VITAMINS. 15-40 percent of Americans are deficient in B vitamins. Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast is nature’s vitamin B complex: it’s naturally rich in several B vitamins such as B1, B3, B5, & B6, all of which have key functions in our bodies.
  • Nutritional yeast contains many B vitamins, all of which tend to benefit healthy hair, skin and nails. Vitamin B5 and vitamin B7/biotin benefit healthy hair, skin and nails with the ability to reduce signs of skin aging, such as redness and skin spots. Niacin, also found in nutritional yeast, has been found to treat chronic acne and improve skin overall.
  • In addition to protein, nutritional yeast contains high levels of thiamine, which is used in combination with other B vitamins to help regulate important functions of the cardiovascular, endocrine and digestive systems. Thiamine is used in nearly every cell in the body and is especially important for supporting energy levels and a healthy metabolism, while thiamine deficiency can cause many health issues.

Pure Natural Non-fortified Nutritional Yeast Flakes (8 oz.) Whole Food Based Protein Powder, Vitamin B Complex, Beta-glucans and all 18 Amino Acids

Nutritional Yeast is an excellent source of both protein  and fiber and contains all 18 amino acids and a multitude of different minerals (including iron, selenium and zinc) as well as a natural vitamin B-complex and Beta-glucans.

Most nutritional yeast products are fortified with excessive amounts of synthetic vitamins to increase the nutritional count, so it’s important to watch out for and avoid artificial fortification.

Finally, a non-fortifed nutritional yeast product with no synthetic vitamins that are not naturally occurring in nutritional yeast.

Nutritional yeast can not produce B12 or folate. This nutritional yeast does contain B1, B2, B5, and B6 as well as 18 amino acids and 15 minerals. An abundance of vitamins & nutrients are 100% whole food based and naturally occurring, nothing synthetic here!

No B12 in nutritional yeast, no worry, get that from lactic acid bacteria in yogurt or other protein foods.

Until recently there has been little in the way of antidote for animals or humans suffering from hydrogen sulfide poisoning. Oxygen is usually given to workers overcome by the gas in attempts to revive them and is usually successful as a treatment in most cases. Now researchers have discovered that high doses of a natural form of Vitamin B12 may be the answer as an effective antidote. Humans cannot synthesize vitamin B12, and, thus must obtain it from organisms that can. Read more here…

Lactic acid bacteria are capable of producing the missing B12 in nutritional yeast.

B-Complex Vitamins Relieve Depression

  • Meat is also a major source of five of the B-complex vitamins: thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.

Many women suffer from chronic depression, for which the doctor prescribes various antidepressant drugs.

Nutritionists recommend high-potency B-complex supplements with at least 50 mg of the major B vitamins (i.e., B1, B2, B3, and B6). Within a couple of weeks depression can completely lift.

What is B Complex and How Does it Benefit You?

The B-complex vitamins consist of 11 related nutrients. They play a fundamental role in terms of our health.

The B-complex vitamins include:

  • B1 (thiamine) breaks down carbohydrates.
  • riboflavin (B2)
  • B3 (niacin and niacinamide) maintains normal cholesterol levels.
  • B6 (pyridoxine) helps calm moods.
  • B12 (cyanocobalamin and hydroxocobalamin) promotes mental sharpness.
  • PABA (biotin, choline, folic acid, pantothenic acid, and para-aminobenzoic acid. B9 (folic acid) helps to maintain healthy gene activity, and it also reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

In addition, inositol is often considered a B vitamin.

How do B Vitamins Work?

The B vitamins work in many different ways. Some function at the most basic level of our biology by influencing the activity of our genes. Other B vitamins work at a nongenetic biochemical level, such as by helping to make neurotransmitters, which modulate our moods, or by regulating blood sugar levels or specific risk factors for heart disease.

Other benefits include:

Nutritional yeast has not been associated with the candida albicans strain related to yeast infections, it has proven to be one of the best remedies for chronic candida symptoms. It has also shown profound effects on E.coli, salmonella and staphylococcus.

As reported by  Food Biotechnology Group, Department of Chemistry in Greece, yeasts have been known to humans for thousands of years, used in many fermentation processes. The industrial production and commercial use of yeasts started after their identification and isolation by Pasteur.

* Note: This nutritional yeast is not an active yeast and can’t be used for starter.

Nutritional yeast has the ability to bio-transform nutrients at an accelerated rate into nutrients that the human body can readily use

Nutritional yeasts, wheat germ and wheat germ oil, blackstrap molasses, and yogurt combined were once one of the four cornerstones of the health food movement because they were a primary source of B vitamins and minerals. Nutritional yeast has an ability to perform one thing that human cells cannot; that is, its ability to bio-transform nutrients at an accelerated rate into nutrients that the human body can readily use.

It’s important to note that nutritional yeast is not the same as brewer’s yeast. Brewer’s yeast is a by-product of beer-making and used in making bread. While in the same scientific family known as saccharomyces cerevisiae, nutritional yeast is far superior to brewer’s yeast and is much higher in B-complex vitamins than wheat germ and many other natural food products.

Nutritional yeast is a safe yeast and there are currently no known cases showing that S. cerevisiae is pathogenic for humans.

In addition to these yeasts, we now know about other food grade yeasts as sources of high nutritional value proteins, digestive enzymes and vitamins. Yeasts are included in starter cultures and for the production of specific types of fermented foods like cheese, bread, sourdoughs, fermented meat and vegetable products, vinegar, etc.

Nutritional yeast is a complete protein containing at least nine of the 18 amino acids that your body cannot produce. A benefit for malnourished vegans and vegetarians who may struggle to find enough protein sources in the diet.

As a protein food, nutritional yeast benefits the entire body. Protein deficiency can lead to:

  • A sluggish metabolism
  • Trouble losing weight
  • Difficulty building muscle mass
  • Low energy levels and fatigue
  • Poor concentration and trouble learning
  • Moodiness and mood swings
  • Muscle, bone and joint pain
  • Blood sugar changes that can lead to diabetes
  • Slow wound healing
  • Low immunity

Trouble digesting protein, no worry! 40 proteolytic enzymes!

Nutritional yeast contains vital food factors such as SOD, RNA/DNA, glutathione, trace minerals, Beta-glucans, GABA, amino acids, lipoic acid, polysaccharides, B-complex vitamins, minerals including GTF chromium and over 40 proteolytic enzymes.

Nutritional Yeast Risks

There aren’t any known risk other than is someone is allergic to yeast. After growing the yeast, it is completely pasteurized and deactivated so it is quite safe and won’t give rise to yeast overgrowth in someone who eats it. The deactivation process may mean that those who have a sensitivity to active yeast found in bread can consume this variety.

Of course, you should always try any new food, including nutritional yeast, in small amounts to see how your body reacts.

Who should avoid?

Since Crohn’s patients (immune system can’t ‘see’ *see galactose) are often overrun with both e coli and fungal infections they should avoid nutritional yeast.

Individuals with Crohn’s disease should avoid nutritional yeast

A perfect addition to any meal — providing nutrition while saving calories — nutritional yeast is one source of complete protein and vitamins, in particular B-complex vitamins, making it a great superfood!

I love this nutritional yeast-it’s so addictive and healthy for you-it’s incredibly nutrient dense. (Check out the nutrition label!) This is amazing very delicious, goes on almost anything I eat including popcorn. (although my favorite is probably to put on top of a big salad or in a vegan “cheese” sauce) but literally I have eaten it by itself or with a little coconut oil. Very fresh, sturdily packaged, and delicious. It also gives me extra energy, and makes me happy. It gives a shot of seratonin at least for me similar to how I feel when I eat really dark chocolate. Love it highly recommend.

I have POTS and this product game me loads of energy. I will have to buy a second one after mine runs out.
I am happy to finally introduce a nutritional B complex food product to my readers without synthetic vitamins! In addition to probiotics, whole fat mammal milk, bovine colostrum and bio active D cod liver oil this product will surely help alleviate known nutritional deficiencies that can occur with chronic gut problems.
